● Are involved in social services, legal, or custody-related processes

Changing Behaviours and
Preventing Relapses
12 weeks

This program is appropriate for individuals who:

● Experience chronic or long-term substance use

● Have a history of repeated relapse

● Present with complex life stressors (e.g., parenting, legal involvement)

● Require intensive, longer-term intervention

● Benefi t from deep cognitive and behavioural work

Continuing Care
10 Weeks

This program is appropriate for individuals who:

● Have completed a structured recovery program

● Require ongoing support to maintain progress

● Are transitioning toward independent recovery

● Benefi t from gradual reduction in clinical support

● May be involved in ongoing monitoring through social services or legal systems

Intensive Family Care Program
10 Weeks

This program is designed for:

● Parents, partners, siblings, or close friends of individuals struggling with substance use

● Individuals experiencing emotional exhaustion, burnout, or chronic stress related to a loved one’s behaviour

● Those who identify with patterns of people-pleasing, rescuing, or enabling

● Anyone struggling with boundaries, guilt, or letting go of control

● Individuals seeking structured support while their loved one is in active use, recovery, or relapse
