Individual Counselling

Individual addiction counselling offers one-on-one support for those navigating substance use or working toward recovery. These sessions create a safe, non-judgmental space to explore what’s been going on, better understand patterns and triggers, and begin building healthier ways of coping. Together, we focus on setting meaningful goals, working through challenges, and developing tools that feel realistic and sustainable. Whether you’re just starting out or further along in your journey, counselling provides steady support, guidance, and accountability to help you move forward.

Family and Loved Ones

Family and loved ones counselling offers support for individuals who are affected by someone else’s substance use. These sessions provide a safe space to better understand addiction, manage the emotional impact it can have on relationships, and learn healthy ways to support recovery while maintaining personal well-being. Counselling may focus on education about addiction, boundary setting, communication strategies, coping with stress, and navigating the challenges of supporting a loved one through active use or recovery.
