A 20-minute complimentary consultation is available for individuals or families who would like to learn more about Atlantic Recovery before scheduling a full counselling session. This optional conversation offers a chance to briefly share what has brought you here, discuss your goals, and ask any questions you may have about the counselling process.

During this time, we can explore the type of support you are looking for and discuss possible next steps for your recovery or the support of a loved one. If you feel that Atlantic Recovery is the right fit for your needs, we can also begin reviewing some of the initial intake information to help prepare for your first counselling appointment.

This consultation is simply an opportunity to connect and learn more about the support available. There is no obligation to continue, and you are free to decide whether moving forward with counselling feels right for you.
